Villa 'Vaho' was designed and built by my architect father in the late 60’s. It is situated a 20 minute walk along the coast from the centre of Novi Vinodolski, in an area that was colonised by the holiday homes and villas of the professional families, mostly from Zagreb.

It is 5 minutes from the beach and has commanding view of the Adriatic and the island of Krk. The house has a front and the back garden, it is built into slope on two levels, which divide it into two distinct apartments. The garden contains mature trees including figs and an large almond tree.

The upper apartment has three bedrooms, a large living area with a balcony terrace, all rooms overlook the sea, kitchen, indoor dining room, bathroom and a separate toilet. Sleeps 6 people, it is air conditioned, has washing machine, dishwasher and internet connection. The kitchen door leads to the front garden eating area and a built in barbecue.

The lower apartment has a large open plan living, kitchen and dining area which can be used for additional sleeping, one bedroom and bathroom. Sleeps up to 4 people, and has AC units. The apartment leads out on to a lawn with a paved table area surrounded by grape vines.

There is a plenty of parking space in the front of the property, and a local shop is a 10 minutes walk away.
